Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction. 

Exception for Damage: The only exception to this policy is for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and check if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Reporting Window:  If you received a damaged item, you must report it to malir.customerservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo of the damaged item(s). Please include your order number and name. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original form of payment method within 2-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
